Maximum 2 guests — optimized for space, comfort, and a quiet stay. No parties, smoking, or unregistered guests. Building amenities (such as the gym, rooftop lounge, and laundry) are managed by the building and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or building management decisions.

These situations are outside of our control, but we will communicate any known closures as soon as possible. This is a full apartment rental. Guests have access to the other facilities such as the gym, laundry room, and game room. Contact us for any package deliveries (30-day rental stay guests only).
